Here at ESP we believe that there seems to be alot of negative press constantly going around about the dreaded ‘unemployment rates,’ these are frequently said to be soaring and organisations are being reported to not be putting in the time, effort or money into ensuring that they are hiring the right people, or are even hiring at all!

Well we have some good news for a change!….

Here at ESP we have had a record quarter with us smashing our targets, keeping up business activity, placing candidates and just finding that we are overall excelling in any ways we can.
We have also come to the end of financial year, and again can report that 2011 has been a record of a year for us here at ESP! Especially with welcoming three new members to our terrific team Tony, Zoe and Our newest addition Lauranne.

Although it is all over the news how unemployment is rising, there are just simply not any companies hiring, and that people are anxious about changing their role due to them not being willing to take the risk. ESP have challenged these theories and are still increasing our placements and the amount of vacancies we are taking on!

All of our committed team have been challenging these headlines daily and we believe that IT companies are still hiring, IT sales people are still willing to move, and we are continuing to make successful placements by matching our great candidates with our excellent clients.

Oh and as for the good news, it just keeps coming for the ESP team!…
