Key Account Executive – Didsbury, Manchester
£15000 to £20000 base + large bonuses + great training + fantastic prospects+ modern offices

Job description

To achieve our vision we need people to provide support to our incredible team of recruitment experts who manage the relationships with our clients and candidates. Supporting our team could mean building amazing relationships and creating confidence with customers or establishing needs qualifying senior decision makers. It also means lead generation and creating your own army of fans who would have the confidence in you to recommend your service to their peers. In addition you will be generating enthusiasm with contacts about brilliant candidates and exciting projects we are working on.
The most successful sales advisors/salespeople in our company achieve all this at a fast pace, have a strong work ethic and have loads of energy and enthusiasm.

Person specification

Ideally you will have at least 6 months work experience in a call centre or telesales environment where you are used to and enjoy being on the telephone however, we are also interested in graduates with no work experience who have a natural sales ability.

Applicants must have a degree level of 2.2 or above. We are particularly keen to invite candidates for interview who have been involved in extra curricular activities or sports/interests. Please outline these and any achievements you made on your CV. Knowledge of IT and sales experience is desirable, but not essential.
