Summer is coming to an end, although I must have missed when it actually started…but unlike the lack of sunshine the UK has experienced this year here at ESP our summer has been a busy and fruitful one.

We have welcomed our three new starters, Tony, Zoe and Hayley with an initiation night out….not involving unsightly drinking games…although a few litres of alcohol did go down nicely….but with some old fashioned fun at the bowling alley! A healthy happy social life creates healthy happy employees and our drive and ambition to make ESP the best in the business is really shining through!

Our team here at ESP is now complete (for now) and as it is half way through the year we are steaming ahead in all aspects of the business. We are ahead of target and well on our way to smashing our yearly forecast!

With a fresh team and new ideas and insights into the structure and processes here at ESP it is looking to be a brilliant second half to the year. With the IT Industry on the up and our excitable ambitious team raring to go we are set to experience a second year of growth and the ESP glass is definitely half full!
